1. Service Overview
MyNeedUrban Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad and surrounding areas (within 15 km radius). By using our website, mobile app, or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings can be made via the app, website, phone call, or WhatsApp
- Cancellations made 4+ hours before the scheduled slot are free
- Late cancellations (under 4 hours) may incur a ₹200 convenience fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST where applicable
- Payment is accepted via UPI, cards, net banking (through Razorpay), or cash
- Final pricing may vary based on property size and condition
- Custom quotes are provided after assessment
4. Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning quality, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
5. Liability
- Our team is trained and background-verified
- We carry liability coverage for accidental damage during service
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear
6. User Accounts (App)
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One account per phone number
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
